This home has a new owner that has invested in several major updates this year. The home features a themed-game room (not yet pictured) with both Xbox one and PS4 while each bedroom is a suite with its own attached bathroom. There are two fun themed kids bedrooms. A spacious living room area for families to gather and relax. There is a seating area with a large screen TV with a Roku. The upstairs has a theater screen and projector with a large screen to stream your favorite movies/shows.

Our modern full kitchen has a large center island, newer appliances, new pots and pans and is ideal for entertaining large families and groups.

At the end of your day, you can find time to relax on our fully enclosed patio complete with pool. The screened in pool enclosure contains a six-piece table set and pool floats as well as fans that provide a comfortable breeze during those warm Florida evenings.

*Please note to add pool heat is $30 a day

Since we want your visit to be fun for your entire family. We provide a portable pack and play, high chair and swing, for families traveling with young children.

Our driveway can fit two or three cars. Additional cars will need to park at the car port down the road from our home as there is no parking on street in our community.
